High tech computer decal on drivers side door jam

i installed these ram door striker covers and saw this dealer installed decal. I never paid it no mind before. My truck is a 15 and bought it in 18. Anybody else have a decal like this ? I guess i have to call the dealer to get more info

Maybe its for a tracking device. I can't think what else it would be

They are just telling you not to mess with the programming of the PCM/BCM, etc...

BS sticker, guess they not want U to plug into OBD. ALL that stickler tells me is that U bought yer vehicle from the "Buick" Dealer on Hwy 37 in Tome River, LOL.....

They are a ram dealer thats where the truck was purchased new
