Correct me if Im wrong, but the difference between the 305/40/22 (installed) and the 265/35/22 (potential tire) is:
The 265 is 1.6 narrower, 1.1 shorter, and 2.3 less in total outside diameter.
The 265's will give you the clearance you need up front. And the 305's will give you the wide tread pattern of a high performance truck. I.E. like the corvette. Which is what a lot of guys (in this case, girls
) do for added traction.
Not only will guys be impressed by the badass truck you drive. They will also think you have so big HP #'s to go with them tires!
All in all, I agree with Assassin. Keep the 305's in the rear, and toss the 265's up front.
