Hey guys,
Tonight I decided to unhook my gas shocks to the stock hardcover (part # 82207082?) and see if I could have clearance for a buck-loader to load some mulch into my bed without me having to remove the bedrail clamps that hold the hardcover on by lifting the cover upwards. If the normal position of the hardcover is at say 0 degrees, I made it to about 75 degrees then the hinge popped out of position along the cab-side bedrail. I figured if the hinge came out that way it would go back in that way too. I've tried lifting and angling in that hinge but started to hear the fiberglass rubbing so I stopped. Does anyone have any suggestions if this stock hard tonneau will just snap back in place?
Thanks in advance,
Bill
