Just wondering how many people had success/failure with or without the mds delete?

How many cams have you changed on the same vehicle?

How many miles did you get out of your second/third/fourth cam?

If you went with the mds cam did you notice any difference in fuel mileage?

Did you still have the hemi tick after replacing the cam and was it mds or mds deleted?

What was the final cost of your hemi cam replacement?

Just one so far, nonMDS cam, MDS deleted. About 10K miles ago I think. It was a fleet vehicle I bought used at 106K with a slight tick, started misfiring at about 126K. Runs great now but still ticks badly, sounds just like it did before the new cam/lifters. If this one fails I'll drop in a 6.4 hemi and an 8 speed since mine only has the 65RFE. I'd have to look up cost, it was a lot because I had the work done including LT headers, TrueTrac and dyno tuning.

My 2015 Laramie ate the cam and lifters at 32K miles back in 2016. It was fixed under warranty and has 124,500 on it now without any further issues. I sold it to my best friend right before it happened unfortunately but he said it was not enough of a problem as to where his next truck will also be another Ram. I own two of the Rams after that one, and never had any problems with either of them.
