Quarts or Litres?

Not sure, thought they were pretty close, I just remember emptying the full 6 or 7 full bottles from HP Lubricants so I imagine that's quarts being an American brand?

7 litres is pretty close to 7.4 quarts. I think the trucks call for 7 quarts,or 6.6 litres

If it’s only a little above the max hole and it’s running fine, I wouldn’t panic, but I also wouldn’t leave it way over. On these trucks I’d rather start with spec, let it settle, then decide based on the dipstick after a proper check.

Been a few models produced by stellantis that the dipstick was marked incorrectly. And has resulted in vehicles being overfill when correct amounts of oil installed.

2015 Durango for 1. 4 different part number revisions, till they got it right.

I wouldn't worry about it. If you have bubbles in the oil it's to much
