Does anybody know of any plugs for the bigger holes in the inner rocker that had tape over them? I thought someone had found some at one point but I can't find anything other than the tiny plugs for the outer.

I found one that kinda fit but they have since fallen out. Probably just going to gorilla tape them every year going forward.

If anyone can find ones that fit please post them up!

CRC say it is perfectly safe on our paint. Just rinse off afterwards to prevent water spots. He said it will always water spot a little regardless.

Product is designed to neutralize the salt but does help remove it a little.

I've been wanting to see something like that for a long time, I can't believe something like that isn't common knowledge. Maybe there is a large interest against something like that, just say'n.

Does it work on the terrible brine solution more places are using instead of traditional salt?

I have been using “Salt A Way” for over 2 years now on my undercarriage during the winter time. Same concept as what was posted above.
Works beautifully. Underside looks clean and rust free

How do you all handle subsequent yearly applications?

Do you pressure wash off all of the previous oil?

Or just a quick low angle blast to get the loose crap off, then re-spray right over it?

Spray off loose dirt as best you can. Wait a good week to dry. Re-spray FF

So I tackled some rust resistance the other day in the rear quarters with POR15, Phospho, and amsoil HD metal protector.

Nothing to do with FF, but I found something that worked and figured I’d share. I replaced the metal clips and screws in the rear wheel well liners (metal clips on metal panels with metal screws) with drywall anchors I found at Lowe’s. They work for the majority of the holes, and I used a Christmas tree clips for the couple they didn’t. No metal holding the liners in, nice and snug, and since my truck is white, it’s a little cleaner look.

I didn't feel it necessary to install the screws. You absolutely could if you wanted to, still wouldn't be any metal touching metal. The little bit of black around the anchors is just some POR15 that I figured would've been covered up by the stock screws.

I have been too with the same results. Its been around a long time, mostly in the boaters world. I use a garden sprayer and it works great.

Anybody have any experience with this? Same company that makes Fluid Film...

https://www.kellsportproducts.com/woolwax_c_19.html

Is it just me or does it look like they renamed Fluid Film?

https://www.kellsportproducts.com/FAQ_ep_42-1.html

EDIT: nvm, found a post from the owner of Kell Sport

"Hi Gentlemen, I'm Bob from Kellsport Products and I just wanted to introduce myself in case I can provide any additional information. We also recently became an advertiser on this site, so I can contribute without breaking the rules. Woolwax is definitely a more viscous formulation than Fluid Film. Woolwax is much more resistant to wash-off. Also the odor has been neutralized. The cost is about the same or in most cases less then Fluid Film. You may still see some Fluid Film products on our site, but the Woolwax has been so well received over the past few months that we will probably be transitioning to it completely. It's just a better performing product in snowbelt areas that have a fair amount of long term road slush. In some of the more southern states (north/south Carolina's, etc) where the concern is more from the salt air from the ocean, Fluid Film aerosol is fine. For snowbelt states, Woolwax is the way to go in my humble opinion."

I was going to say, seems like a similar but superior product. Great that they would continue to develop and improve on Fluid Film. Thicker and with less odor is a win win for us. Great find @Hemi395. I will be giving this product a try for sure.
