I know our hubbore is 77.8

I am looking at wheels that are 108mm centerbore.

would the hubcentric rings I need have to be 77.8 (Inner Diameter) and 108 (Outer Diameter)?

since they are made for specific application. i found you order to the specs you need they allow just enough slop to slide in.

You want something around 78mm to 78.1mm, you cant put a 1/2" bolt in a 1/2" hole, there has to be some clearance plus there is a tolerance factor in everything.

78.1 to 108 if you can get it. i'm sure i've seen that size ring as being very common when i was doing some searching on options. my wheels are 78.1 and allowing for a bit of expansion that's a perfect fit for a 77.8 hub.

Yeah, all the information is confusing as hell. BORA told me to use 77.8 and even Method Wheels came back and said to use a 77.8. But forums are saying the 78.1, guess i'll order both to be safe

78.1 to 77.8 is only .3mm. that's like less than 1/10th of an inch for perspective. like i said, just that sliver to allow for expansion. for kicks i looked for a 78.1 to 77.8 hub ring. didn't find one. i suppose one might be made in steel. i can't see one being made in graphite or poly. too thin too stand up. tire place i bought the rims on confirmed 78.1 rims were considered "perfect fit" for 77.8 ram hubs.

My rims are moto metal and they were at 108, I grabbed 77.8-108 and they fit. It may be the aftermarket rim bore is actually 107.8-9 or something, but listed for buyers to know what to buy?
