I know this may seem like blasphemy to some of y'all but hear me out. Is it possible to put a Ford or Chevy V8 in 99 Ram 1500?
The only reason why I ask is because of the sheer amount of chevy and ford parts I am able to get for a good price and the scarcity of the dodge parts. As of right now I have a 86 Ford 351W HO in my shop waiting to built that I could use though I was going to put it in a future project. Just curious...

You didn't think this out really well before you posted, did you? I've seen people put chevs in mustangs and so on. And it never turns out good for the resale or just the mass amounts of ridicule you will recieve for doing something so foolish.

If I do this "engine swap", then I wouldn't be reselling it anyways. I can careless what people think about me or my truck. Frankly if I were to pull it off, im pretty sure I would have some mechanical prowess. If it works, then great; if it doesn't, then lesson learned. But thanks for not answering the question.
