This royaly pissed me off! The worst is when the guy from chrysler finally called to ask why it's taken me so long to figure out if I wanted a new truck. I said I just got the damn call today its been all of 3 hours! The dealer never got back to him stating they had gotten ahold of me. They sat on the request for 2 weeks! If the dealer would have just called me with chryslers offer when they should, I would have taken the deal hands down! To late though as I hired a lawyer already.

Seems to me that Chrysler was not as big a problem as the dealer.
If they would have acted timely, you would have gotten a new truck, you would not have gotten a lawyer, and things would have been resolved faster.

OTOH,
sounds like you have actually made out better with the cash,
so maybe the dealer did you a favor.....

in a wierd sort of way....

either way, sucks that you had to go through all of that.

The worst words ever spoken--I NEED A BIGGER BOAT--Most of the people I know call it the 2 fer's---If our boat was just 2 feet longer we could--------(you fill in the blanks). Sorry about your problems with your truck, glad you got them resolved.

Congrats on finally getting a resolution. For what these trucks cost anymore is painfully frustrating when you don't get the service and enjoyment out of them as we should.

Seems as though in business generally, not just the auto industry, calls and emails get blown off - but it's hard to ignore or blow off a lawsuit.

Full purchase back, including tax, title, license, fees, trade in money...EVERYTHING BACK!!

The boat idea went out the window tonight.....

I think I am the new owner of a 2014 Ram Sport crew. MSRP $50,034, I got it for 42,300 and they're gonna install wheel to wheel step bars.

I was looking for a big horn but saw the white sport sitting there. Saw the manual fold trailer mirrors which I wanted then looked at the window sticker and it kept getting better. 8spd, 3.92 LSD, 8.4AN, Sunroof, full leather seats not the mesh insert ones, 32 gallon tank, trailer brake control. It's got everything I wanted.

Then I hear the wife say....."i like the wheels"......really out of everything you like the wheels. lol

Thats awesome Mach. My chrysler rep put my ram in for the buy back because of the paint. Hopefully ill hear something by the end of the week on what chrysler says.

Actually it changed to a black sport as the white one didnt have the alpine system.
