Well I think you'll be a tad over weight what's the aprox weight of each jeep? The trailer you'll want is going to weigh in at 5-5500lbs plus 2 modified keeps at aprox 4k each your looking at 13k. I believe 5.7 3.73 towing is around 11k. With goose necks you normally run 20% on the hitch so you would have atleast 2600 on the pin witch is probably max payload before adding tools and supplies. Will the truck pull it yes will you be over weight very likely.

might want to weigh those jeeps......

and I had a GN 24' trailer that itself was only 4400 lbs, but was rated for 14k, which should be enough for the jeeps, but over his limit

I towed it with a 3500

I was basing off a 26-28ft big tex but even 1000lbs won't bring it down enough.

S&B cold air intake. DONE
EXhaust
Daibo sport turner
4:10 or 4:56 gears

You can regear all you want but you can't Change the factory rating stickers and if you get caught and put on scales the weight sticker is what the police, DOT officer will go by. Doesn't matter if you regear and you can pull it. The factory says your over wright towing and you will be fined and possibly vehicle impoundment

you're pay load should be a little over 3k. I'd put them on a trailer and go weigh it.. you would might be ok.

He has the 5.7l, his gvw is either 8800 or 9k not the 10k that the 6.4l's have unfortuneitly.

Look at your weight in your registration for the truck and trailer. I bumped mine up so I run legal.

Truth......

Registration or not, legally, you are still limited by the numbers the factory put on the door, and if caught, you can be fined or jailed for a fraudulent registration because you intentionally put higher numbers on it.

I don't know about going that far.... I've always done 13ton plates. On my 3/4 tons and our work trucks have been that way for years.... never had an issue. Only issues is when your under plated. Most the time as long as your axel weights are good your fine... and as long as you have a cdl when your in cdl territory your good...

Biggest issue would be if you were to get into an accident. Whether your fault or not, If you are over the manufacturers limitations, you will get hammered.
