I found some coil packs but I'm wondering if they would even fit. They come off a 2013 ram 1500 hemi V8. I'm just curious if they'd be compatible with my 2016 ram 1500 V8 hemi.

Yes. Whats wrong with your original coils, very seldom do they actually die, wouldn't hurt to do a little maintence on them, and maybe replace the boots and springs if they're in bad shape.
Read through this thread on how to clean and rebuild them.

Some reason I had them go bad. Put some donor ones in n Fixed my misfires in drive. Was fine for a while However I'm kinda just trying some trial n error. I've had a weird misfire at idle. Drives fine going down the road tho. they were cheap. N if it don't resolve it. I still got my old ones. N some back up ones ya know. They got 157k miles on them.

I'll def check the rebuild info out tho. I'd much of rathered do that. Might have less than 50 in job rather than 90. I got em off marketplace but they're new.

I've ran codes, n I hit dead ends. HP tuner shows misfires but no codes for anything else at all. Compression is great also. Engine was bored n rebuilt completely. So I'm thinking ignition or fuel (gotta be injectors, everything else in fuel system is good.) noids show theyre pulsing but it could be a leaky injector. It wants to run a bit rich at idle, and when I'm at a slow take off. but fights to keep stoich for the most part. Just misfiring. Shudders bout every 15 seconds. If the coils or injectors don't help I'm going to try trading it in. I'm tired of hemis. Not even kidding.

The one thing that will kill the coils is the wrong spark plug. Use the correct make and part number and you will solve a lot of mis-fire and coil problems. Mis-fires are also commonly fuel related but few people dive into that. First thing I would try is some really good fuel system cleaner and I would check that whoever did your rebuild installed the injectors right and that the connections are correct..

Easy enough to do a home cleaning on the injectors, and check their spray pattern, and whether they're leaking past the pintle and seat. There's a video in this link, that basically shows how i clean and check the injectors at home.

Check your intake manifold bolts to,if they're loose they can cause a few issues
