I'm not sure what year this Ram is I'm looking for What is that thing on the caliper bracket?

I was watching a video on something about Rams I noticed that plastic box on the caliper bracket? What in the world is it? My Ram 2500 doesn't have anything fragile like it on my brakes. I searched for Ram Brakes of various generations but found nothing like it . Anyone here know what this thing is Chrysler decided to use made of plastic? I'm very curious. My truck has the Anti lock, Traction Control etc but nothing like that . Is it the electric Brakes? That i don't have just the old fashioned peddle and cable.
