Instrument cluster replacement

I'm not sure if this has been on here before or not but I bought a 16' 2500 that was Canadian and the car dealer here in Ohio bought it and switched the speedo to read MPH but there is a slight difference from the computer speedo to the analog speedo. On the computer when going 70mph the analog speedo says 67mph. Is there a way to fix this or is there a way to replace it with an American cluster. I have read that if you replace the cluster what ever mileage is on the new one, gets wiped and is set on what ever the replacement one has. I would think with all the computers now days that the dealership could just program the new one to the correct mileage. thanks

That was going to be my next step. After further searching I did end up finding a thread that someone posted concerning buying a new cluster. He had the dealer contact a business, gov't oversight involved, who programs the cluster with the VIN and actual mileage. It would be illegal for the dealer to do it. But I will ch k with my local dealer to see if that info is accurate.
