I picked up a 2018 2500 tradesman commercial truck. I have a 2016 3500 Longhorn edition. How hard would it be to swap interiors? Heated power seats and door panels, I like the current center console with the jump seat. Audio section gave me answers on the infotainment in the dash already.

Honestly, i don’t know a lot about this. I’ve been thinking about doing the same on my truck, but i know that heated seats aren’t plug and play. Steering wheels are (heated, volume controls) but it requires a flash from the dealer to actually work.

The infotainment system is a different story all together. The radio ITSELF is plug and play, but you need a wiring harness to for instance have the nicer looking radio bezel, radio controlled HVAC, etc. I recommend Infotainment.com

seats, door panels, ec are simple. Getting heated seats to work, dash and stuff, you will need to ask around.
