Intermittent P0AC0-00 + U0412, How to handle 3rd trip to dealer?

Back in May of 2025, my 2023 Ram with hemi e-torque began throwing intermittent check engine light with codes POAC0 and U0412. It re-occurred around August 2025 so I brought it in. After the first trip to the dealer I was told that pursuant to a TSB they had flashed the module.
That seemed to fix the problem until my 12v battery died, around November 2025, so I brought it in to have that replaced under warranty. About a mile away, the check engine came on again for the 48v battery control module, so I brought it right back. They opened a STAR case, I was told more flashing was done.
Now the problem is back, same codes.

After the 2nd bring back, I called the Ram customer care and they gave me a free extended warranty, which was nice, but I still have an under-warranty truck that can't seem to go a few weeks without the check engine light being thrown for the same reasons.

My understanding is there is some kind of communications problem with the 48v battery control module and the main computer, or the module/wiring is bad.

I feel like we are past the point of software upgrades. How is the best way to handle this? The dealer seems to suggest they can only do the warranty work that Ram approves. Are there magic words to accelerate the process?

Also, is there any reason to think the early death of the 12V battery (it barely lasted about 2 years) somehow related or just coincidence?

How to handle? I can tell you if this happened to me here in Florida, my next course of action would be an immediate return to the dealer and a demand of my full purchase price. You see in Florida we have what's called a Lemon law. Three strikes and the dealer is out. No excuses. They must refund all monies used to purchase the vehicle. This has happened to me twice - once for a Chevy Silverado that they could not fix a backup light staying on that repeatedly drained my battery, and once for a RAM pickup that they could not make the check engine light go away resulting in ability to start the vehicle and a tow to the dealer.

I've had this exact same problem on my 2023 Laramie Sport. I get the same stupid deer in the headlights look from the dealer when I go to them and relate what's happening. It is a sorry state of affairs when a situation like this persists and the dealer's response is we can't diagnose a problem that the computer says is not occurring even when its likely the computer is the source of the problem. I guess we all have to wait for someone to get killed before the problem can be fixed.
