Saw a utube video of a guy disassembling the diff from a 2005 Rubicon.
This thing had an air locker built into a gear lsd that looked like a truetrac.
So it had LSD on the road and full lockup on demand. Sounds like the best of all worlds to me. Where do I get one? Sign me up!

But he didn't give any info on who makes it and I'm not finding anything online. Maybe I'm not using the right search terms.

Any one familiar with these or a similar product?
Who makes them?

Why would you ever want an air locker? Yet another thing to fail, pretty easy one to fail at that.
I actually prefer an OX cable to air or electric, but I'll take any of them to get a locker & gear LSD combo

if you have 2500 just buy the carrier assembly for a power wagon then wire it to a toggle switch. youll need to drill a hole in the pumpkin for the wires

The front axle on a TJ Rubicon is a Dana 44 (same as the rear). They come factory with swaybar disconnects and air lockers.

The Sport and Sahara came with a Dana 35 rear (you could option a Dana 44) and Dana 30 front.
The Sahara came with a either a Dana 35 or 44 rear, and a Dana 30 front.

This......but it is not cheap from MOPAR

at OP.....The LSDs offered in the aftermarket have much better lockup ratio than the factory MOPAR units so you can swap to those front and back. You can also go to the AirLocker in the Dana 60. We did AirLocker and billet R&P in the front after we seized the pinion and it works ACE!

Bonus...you can also install the airline kit to have a QD to fill up tires on trail or float toys at the lake / river

I could be wrong but I don't think you can, at least not if the 2500 is a diesel. I believe the power wagon is a 10.5" axle while the 2500 uses an 11.5".

2005 to 2013 Power Wagon used the 10.5 rear
2014 to present uses the 11.5

yes 2014+ all the 2500 varients used 11.5 so the powerwagon carrier works in any of them.
2019+ the gas and diesel 2500 is a new housing. im not sure if the 11.5 carrier would still work. some investigation would be required.
power wagon continued to use 11.5 untill around 22 or 23 at which time it also got the newer housing as in gas and deisel 2500. ive not looked into these newer housings to see if any 11.5 parts still fit.
i should of been more clear in the beginning. if the op truck is 14-19 then yes a 14-19 pw carrier will fit right in there. outside of that year range would need some investigating
