ISO Adaptor needed

I'm looking for an ISO adapter to bridge the connectivity between and aftermarket unit and the current Ram 1500 wirinig harness. I've been unable tofind anything that seems to fit this unit. Shame as the unit fits perfectly with the Matra bezel. Pic attached. I don't want to cut the current harness and splice everything. Any help for a source would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Nothing will fit. You need to use the normal Metra harness for this truck and cut the end off this radio and wire it in like any other radio.

Unfortunately none of those plug into the existing wiring harness and to the new HU.

NOTHING (besides a BMW/VW harness) will plug into the new head unit, you need to cut that plug off.
