Just picked this up today after wanting one for three years.
It's nice to finally be apart of you guys instead of just lurking.

Just need the factory chrome running boards and I'll be set.
Gonna save some cash and hit up retro for some headlight assemblies.

Suppose I could have posted better pics, but I'm sure you guys know what the typical Long Horn ram looks like.
Thinking about a four inch lift as well. I'd like to run thirty fives, but I like the factory wheels. I don't want the offset to look weird.
Any pics of some black quad retro shop set-ups with the factory chrome grill?
Might look strange. :hmm:

Thanks guys! Totally stoked. Ever since the Fourth Gens have come out, I've wanted one. And like I've said, I've been lurking around on here for some time. Jellouse of all of your trucks. Now it's my turn. It'll be a slow process. With the payment on this thing, money will be tight. Nice to be a part of the group finally.

Welcome! I'd look into a higher quality aftermarket step.
People seem to have corrosion / rust issues with the Mopar Chromies.

Yes I would look elsewhere for running boards. I have polished stainless steps and they were less money than the Mopar ones.

Yup, your days of using Jello are over! As far as we know anyway. :uhoh2:

Welcome. Jump on in and join in the fun!

And, it is ok to stare. When things get you down, just go out and soak it in. You got a bad ass truck! Congrats! :Big Laugh:

Thanks guys. Yea, that stupid auto spell always screws me up. And besides, there's always room for jello.
Back to the topic.
I got rid of my 05 F150 XLT for this thing and I gotta tell ya, you get in this thing, and unlike the ford, you know your in a truck. This thing is stout. If there was ever a MAN'S truck, this is it. I didn't hate my ford till I bought this. Now I kinda feel embarrassed I ever drove it. I'll just tell everybody it was my wife's. Ha!
So I have two brand new Three inch Thrush Welds laying in the garage. How hard would it be to remove the stock muffler, and clamp a thrush in by myself in the garage. I'd like to use clamps just in case I don't like it.
Thanks guys. Awesome group!
