Here is some more pics and a list of **** I have to get done before the Oct 26th trip

Remove Bed
Rock Sliders
Move Fuel tank (cheap fix untill I order a fuel cell from Dave)
Brakes (attempted today, but I need hardware)
Weld rear-end
Run axel vent hoses to cab
Lower Control Arms (Maybe...I might wait till I break these lol)
Paint (little bondo)
Wheel studs (some are broke)
Cut fenders
Install CB

I think that is it.

Pics next to my *****...its so tiny lol

Hell it should! All she did was stay on top of general maintenance. That thing went on and on and on.....actually, most all the Jeeps we've had in the family were like that!

Well finally got something done... these brakes have been giving me a hard time. So honestly thats what I've been waiting on...parts.

But I got 1 fender cut today lol ran out of my cut off wheel so I gotta get more. Its a nice hack job, needs some cleaning up. But it will work

Nice, you'll have fun with this. As others have said the Ford 8.8 swap is great for when you will break your D35. Wheel the hell out of it, beat it like it owes you money (which it will...) Now is not a bad time start thinking about some one ton axles. When you get into rock crawling, it won't take long before you want the hardest line on the hardest trail....you've got a good platform now to see what works....but you're already talking about linking the rear :) I give you 2 years before you decide to back half the thing and run 40's. A one ton build is not difficult or costly with the right research, it will take some time but the results are worth it.

Here's my pig:
'08 JK Rubicon
Supercharged V6
D44's with 4.88's locked/locked, RCV's, trussed, sleeved
3-link front and rear at about 4" lift, 12" travel remote reservoir coil overs front, Currie antirock's front an rear
PSC hydro assist
Full cage
full corners, sliders, steel fender flares
37" Maxxis Trepador stickies on bead locks

My last run of the year is 10/26-28, then she goes under the knife again...
Dana 60's, kingpin front, full float rear, 5.38's, ARB lockers, RCV's
Atlas 4 speed 11.7:1 overall
8" rear stretch, 2" front, comp cut, outboard 14" travel rear coil overs

See how this adds up?
