My friend welded in pieces of angle iron to replace his rotted out rocker panels and to act as rock sliders, they worked great!
Can't wait to see what you come up with!

Well finally hit that trail... had a blast. Jeep done amazing. Few problems I gotta fix... fan clutch is bad or a clogged radiator (got kinda hot) and a power steering pump. And more trimming and beating of the inner fender well. I rubber a couple times.

One of the girls was taking pics so I gotta wait for her to send them to me...but here is a teaser for ya guys. The trail got a little tight lol

Looks like fun!! I've been wheeling with my brother a couple times and it is a blast. He's
always had lifted Jeeps. Amazing what they can do.

It did great. Flex was more impressive than I expected. It seemed balance. Low gear was great, never used 1st gear. I'm truly impressed with it. I never once hit my front bumper or hitch on any approach. I still got some work to do, but its test run showed me what it can do. And the great thing was, I was able to drive it home lol

I'm a jeep fan now

Where you planning on mounting the hi lift?

In the bed probably. I'm planning on keeping the bed on it for now...I got a tool box I'm going to put in the bed for my spare axel shafts, u joints, ect ect. I'll prob mount it to that.

Rust...

WP_000226.jpg

What rust?

(I did not fix the rust...this is just a cosmetic thing. $4 in materials to make it look better. Plus it gives me a smooth surface for the bedliner and Dave's decals)
