jeep / dodge vehicle 8.4 in ram 2500

Will a jeep or any other dodge vehicle 8.4 Uconnect work in a 2018 ram 2500. Will I be able to change the splash screen to the ram version after it is installed? Are all wire hookups the same throughout all models of vehicles? Any help is appreciated thanks.
