JScan Replace RFHub and Fobs - Car will unlock but not start

Hello all! I'm new here, but have been lurking a while reading the great info on this site. I had a leak near the rear window which caused my RFHub to malfunction. It often does not recognize that the fob is in the car, although I've never had any issue with the lock/unlock even from a distance. I decided to order a new RFHub and 2 new keyfobs, and I'm getting an error. I connected the new RFHub, and went through JSCAN to read my 5-digit PIN, and program the 2 new fobs. They now lock/unlock the doors of the truck, however the truck will not start (push button).

When I go through the adaptation, I get this unexpected screen right after pressing the unlock button:


Based upon some other screenshots posted in the forum, I should be seeing a screen that says programming successful like this one:


Any ideas what may be going wrong here? I attempted to do the RFHub replace procedure but it needs the car to be in RUN state and I cannot get there without the ignition key working!

JScan isn’t capable of successfully running the rf hub replace procedure on the 2019+ heavy duty rams. The dealership is your only option to do that.

That's sad to hear! I suppose Alfa and others also cannot run the procedure? If that's the case, I may have to just live with the old RFHub being sketchy occasionally. Thanks for the quick reply
