2018 ram 1500 6 cyl. I had an overheating problem. Found a small leak in the radiator so changed the radiator. Fan stopped working so changed the fan. Changed the thermostat. Now the display temp says 220, fan is not running and upper and lower radiator hose is cool to the touch. I am lost and now officially hate modern trucks. Any advice?

Unless the new thermostat is bad it sounds like the system is air bound or possibly the water pump went out.
A cooling system still works the same on a 2018 as one from 1968.
There seems to be an uptick of bad temperature sensors being reported across multiple engine platforms on the forums so that a possibility but I would try to rule out any mechanical issues first

As Crash68 said, a hot engine and cool radiator hose sound like air in the system.

Did you burp the cooling system when you refilled after the radiator swap?

If not, the you very likely have air in the system. I'm not sure what the procedure is in the v6, but perhaps this will help:

Ya gotta love the technology that followed with this burp the cooling system BS. What a
pain, in the %*%*. The thermostat function operates off of hot liquid nothing else. If
there is air in the system against the thermostat it will not function properly. A closed
thermostat will not allow coolant flow hence the cold hoses. Good luck with burp. At
least start with that.
