Took about 4 hours to put them on this morning taking my sweet ass time too. First driver side took longer because it was pain to put sway bar link back in after all other components were in. But got em all done and I couldn't be happier. The ball joints look great and so is the ride. The guy I got them from bought the set fir his 2011 ram runner but never bothered installing em. But he had the struts all assembled @ 2.8in with 2011 genuine factory springs and strut top. So it was just a simple swap job for me...[emoji8]

Here is a comparison pic :

There is about an half inch difference in overall length between them... which is well within the range of stock setting

UCA and ball joints :

Honestly I cannot tell any difference just by looking at it. I even think it's sitting better with bilsteins

Got an alignment and test drove for a while. Absolutely no vibration nor 4x4 shudders at any speed.
What y'all think?

Looks good. I really like mine too. I did bilsteins set at 2.8 in the front and did a 1" spacer in the rear to keep just a little take. Those shocks are nice. Mine rides better than it did stock.

Just got mine done, think it took me almost 8hrs haha. I got stuck getting the upper ball joint out and had to take my struts to a friend since Iddidn't have the right tools to get the strut tower apart.

Absolutely worth it though. Going over bumps is way smoother than stock. Rides like a dream.

2.1, it has me sitting dead level and i like how it sits. I thought about doing 2.8 to get the most out of them and a 1"rear spacer but I backed off with the uca issues and 4x4 wobble.

Out of curiosity what does you ground to bottom fender measure center thru the tire? In the front?

Ya thats why I looked around in kijiji and got lucky. Nobody has them in stock in canada either. Guess Bilsyein don't wanna make more money by continuously producing them. Odd.

Installed mine last week at 2.8. Took about 4 hours, and worth every minute. Rides better now than factory. No vibrations for me either.

Good to hear that rubberduck. Mine rides like a dream and there is no reason to put em at 2.1 just for the fear of shimmy I think.
I'll be checking my ball joints everyday though

I got Tufftruck 1223 HD coil springs in the back which raise the back about 1.5 to 2.5 in depending on the weight of loads. My back measures 40.5in and the front at 39.5.

Are you 4x4 or 2WD.

My rear with same springs is 43 1/2 and my front is 39 1/2 inches with 2.8

4x4. Love those springs. Way way better than crappy air bags. Don't u agree?
I got a slip tank and a toolbox that weigh about 300lbs plus some gas and stuff. So my constant load in the back is about 500 to 600lbs I'd say. So without those my back would be the same height as yours
