What rear end do you have? And which model BAP did you get? Big Horn, Laramie...

I drove BAP Big Horn 6.4 with 3.73 and it also had a very loud fan until the truck was at operating temperature. I plan to order one with 4.10 rear once the rear air suspension is available.

3.73, Big Horn.
Yes, its fan noise, and not just until op temp, all the time. Its actually hard to talk over under normal acceleration. Hopefully it's not normal. I'm taking it in soon

I have the 3.73 gears. And I have the tradesman. I just got a black truck. Not the BAP. Couldn't see any reason to pay to have blacked out stuff.

I got mine in and love it. I had a 2014 Ram 2500 4X4 Crew Cab with the cummins and I think the 6.4 has a lot more get up and go... I blew the doors off of a Ford with the 6.2. Lol.

Serious?
There is a plant operator here who has one of those half heavy duty trucks and that thing is sluggish as hell.
He has been saying he is going to trade it in for about 2 months now but hasn't. He can't stand it he said.

Got the emblems on ebay. Was torn between the 6.4 and 392 emblems, but the 392's were in black.

Thanks! I have the OEM painted flares on order. I'm having some problems with the aligment that the dealer "hopes" to fix...we'll see, but once that's worked out, different tires are in order.

Nice truck, I wish they did not offer it only in the Laramie package. They should of did something on the tradesman or made another package like the express on 1500's. Over $50k msrp for just adding the bap and 6.4l and that's not adding all the other goodies. I hope you got a hell of a deal. I guess they will be doing something special each year maybe.

City/4 lane with lights I am getting about 11mpg with 89 octane winter grade fuel with ethanol. With 91 octane fuel without ethanol I am getting 15mpg. . ¢75 difference in fuel price. So I'm not to sure it's worth the money. And on the interstate at 75mph I am getting about 12mpg. Sometimes 13mpg.

Your highway MPG is backwards. Should get better mileage at a constant speed. I get around 20mpg at 65mph. Mine is the 5.7L though. Have you tried resetting and making sure you're not uphill. Just seems kind of odd.
