Me too.....about a week 1/2 ago. I mentioned the clunk that alot of us are feeling. Then I got a phone call from them but didn't answer because I didn't recognize the call. They left a message but when I called back, it was an automated thing.

Mine was the same way lol. How do you expect us to respond back when in this day and age most calls seem to try and sell you things. They have my email, contact me via that and let’s set up a time to talk. [emoji4]

Does the survey come in the mail? How long after purchase? I bought mine in April and haven't seen a survey.....

email..........my delivery date was July 5.........I got mine a week or so ago. It was loooooooong

Never got the email. I did get an email from the dealership telling me that I would be getting the survey, but it didn't happen. O well, they wouldn't want to hear what I have to say anyway.

I purchased mine at the end of may, got my survey a couple weeks ago via email.

Sorry, just realized this is a 5th Gen discussion, mine is a 4th gen.

I got the survey about 2 weeks after delivery. What irritated me was the only questions are how do you like the dealer, was he great blah blah. What do you like most about the truck. How much money do you make. I want to tell them what I don't like about the truck and be part of the process of improving it. Its a nice beautiful truck, ok pat your self on the back, but it has a bunch of stuff that could be much better. Example power folding trailer tow mirrors -- hello can you hear me and many others -- need power folding trailer tow mirrors. You are loosing business because of those stupid mirrors people. Add an adjustable speed cruise control for "towing" so it will drop speed 1-5mph without shifting it guts out to try and maintain 1mph speed. All the storage compartments in the bench seat option are much smaller than the previous generations. The under rear seat storage is half the size of the previous generations. The trailer hitch has really crappy safety chain hook locations. No place to hook a hook. There are many more. I am not downing it, just want to improve a nice truck.

I wonder if you are actually talking about the one about the purchase/dealership. The one we are talking about --I was able to type what I liked and what I didn't like. It did ask me some personal stuff too, like age and income. But I was able to say a lot about what I didn't like. It asked what I had before and why I switched, am I happy, etc.

I did mine and got a call from them about 2 weeks later. They were very interested in some of things I put for improvements etc. They where very specific in info they wanted and such. I had nothing but good things to say about the truck. I've been a Dodge Ram Owner since 2005, I've had more than I can count on one hand, almost two.. and never had any issues.

The survey if you take it and sound knowledgeable - they will look into things and fix/adjust things.

Real life example... Back in 2010 when everyone was painting their badges black.. A forum had a very similar thread as this and people where saying oh yeah.. when I get mine, I'm going to put that..

What have we seen years later?! BAP! haha
They listen!

Mine was a web-link. I thought the way the Q's were worded was tacky, in that they were all looking for positive ratings with nothing about the negative stuff. While you could "rate" the dealership, there was no place to input text for feedback on them. Man, could I ever have done some damage there! Going thru the "salesman shuffle" is about as bad as getting a divorce. The only things I mentioned were the sloppy shifts, lack of a telescoping wheel, and maybe adding a quick-release seatback (power seats) for easier access to the cargo area.

We never got anything yet...bought truck last oct. Hell my salesman wouldn't even call us back when I was inquiring about some running boards. I would buy another thing from them.

I've never received a survey request from FCA. My newest truck wouldn't have rated too well so I guess it's better for their overall rating that I didn't.
