Does anyone know if you can use this Sub system with Kicker KSC3504 dash speakers and 44KSC69304 door speakers or am I better off to use the stock speaker system. They say aftermarket is better over stock is this still the case?

With that full system you would want to use the stock speakers. You can use other speakers, but the amp and DSP are optimized for the stock speakers.

Installed the PRAMCQ13 sub in truck, now each time the truck sits there in no sound unless I unplug the amp to system and plug it back in. Then it works fine until I turn off truck for a period of time. Anyone have a answer for this?

did you install just the sub or did you install the amp and processor too? I have just the sub installed and don't have that issue

maybe contact kicker and see if they know of any issues with the 2018's do you have the 8.4 with car play and android auto? That radio is new hardware and new software.

No pics yet, would like to get it to work first. Yes I contacted Kicker, they have never heard of that issue. They referred me back to where I bought it, so they can decide if I need to send amp back for repair. They will probably tell me since we didn’t install it your on your own. Grrrr.

See a local Kicker dealer. Mine has worked since 2015 ,never an issue. Sounds like its losing signal.
Weird both amps quit.

UPDATE: SENT MUTI-CHANNEL AMP FOR THE SYSTEM BACK TO KICKER, THEY SENT ME A NEW AMP TO INSTALL. IT DID THE SAME THING. NO SOUND UNLESS YOU UNPLUG A CONNECTOR AND PLUG IT BACK IN WHILE SYSTEM IS ON. NOW THEY ARE SENDING ME A NEW HARNESS WHICH I DOUBT IS THE PROBLEM. MY THOUGHT IS THEY (RAM) HAVE CHANGED THE RADIO FROM 17 TO 18 AND THEIR R&D TEAM IS GOING TO HAVE TO FIGURE IT OUT. UNTIL THEN I WILL TRY HARNESS WHEN IT GETS HERE. MORE NEWS TO FOLLOW.

I'm not sure, I didnt try to use it. i will when i get harness and install it.

Just installed new harness, still no sound unless you unplug multi channel amp with key on and plug back in. Guess I will remove all components and send back for refund, then wait till they have a product that works with this radio. Grrrr!! So for all you guys with 2018 trucks with 8.4 base radio with Apple play, nav and android auto this system will not work.

Is this kit being modified or discontinued? It is not available anywhere to order that actually has it. Seems like substituting the new Key Smart amp for the front would be a good upgrade as it would work with non factory speakers too.

I would order the Key Smart anyways, but I want the plug and play harness like comes with the PRAM kit.

I have the key amp on a 2018 and there's a little problem doing it that way yoo. It's that the radio defaults to volume 15 for the Bluetooth and navigation so it just blasts u out even with the gains turned all the way down. They recommended I add their LOC and try to turn that down too. I haven't done it yet. But was hoping I'm just a dope and that someone could tell me how to simply lower those default volume settings. I've heard it can be done but I'm guessing it's only I the pre 2018's cause I've looked and looked and can't find them. But it does sound great!
