led headlight bulbs

Just replaced my stock/lousy stock 2012 SLT bulbs and now have no low beam. Any thoughts?

Plugged backward?

LED require pos/neg to be aligned correctly.

You have quads or duals ? Cuz the low beam bulb for quads is H11 ...

It may be a bulb orientation problem. It looks like those bulbs can be indexed with a set screw. You could also testing the bulbs outside of the housing to see how they're working

I have tested them out of the housing. The LED bulbs have three sides, two are low, one is high. Only the high side is lit. I reinstalled the original bulbs and still no low beams. At least the high beams are so lousy I don't think it will bother anyone.
