I have been trying for over 2 years now to get a refund from when I sold my 2020 Ram and had unused warranty. The dealership does not seem to be doing anything - they claim that they are but why haven't I heard from the warranty company at all? I think the dealership pocketed the money!! Where can I find help?

Go to small claims and prove your case. Easy to get paid by dealer if you win.

Easy to get Judgement, hard to get paid. Well unless the laws are different in TX.

Dealers are the easiest to get paid from my personal experience, you use the sheriff's service that goes to the dealer and doesn't leave until he is paid. If he has to he literally takes any checks that come in for any dealer service. They will literally seize funds from any business, they literally cant refuse or they will be arrested. As long as the dealer is local to sheriff, you simply will get paid.

OP, did you finance your 2020? Did you get the warranty (Mopar?) at that time? I bought a new truck, I think it was an ‘18 1500, and bought an extended warranty at the same time. Gave the dealership a separate check for the warranty during the transaction. Turned out that the warranty was lumped in with the loan amount at the bank. I eventually did get a partial refund on the unused part of the warranty, but as with any warranty(insurance) it was less than what I had figured out.
