leveling springs

im a new ram owner,, i have a 2014 tradesman edition reg cab,, i want to lower the back with the 2 inch drop coils.. my question is will i need to use the panbar relocater on this or not,, i pull a aluminum bass boat but dont usually haul heavy loads,,any info is greatly appreciated
