So I’m thinking about putting this kit on my truck and trying to install it myself. a13f2a8bcdacf69b0928cd6f7ca1c0cb.jpg

What jack would I need for my truck and what stands would I need to use to support my truck safely while I install it

I have the same kit on my truck if you have tools and time then it shouldn’t be a problem basic mechanic skills is all that is needed and it’s also pretty straight forward

Only 2 hard parts installing a lift at home. Breaking apart ball joints. Once youve done it a few times its easy as pie, the first time it will be a battle. Second part is compressing the spring. If you know how to do those things its pretty easy.

As for supporting the truck, wheel chocks behind rear tires, make sure they are very very tall so it cant roll over them, Ebrake on full, and jack stands under the frame should be more than sufficient. Only warning, when you start pulling parts off, especially suspension sometimes they take a little finesse, do not start yanking on that thing like some gorilla to pull something off horizontally so you dont accidentally pull it off the stands.
