So I purchased a tuner and pcm, got up with jay Greene for a custom tune. Anyone know how to get his tunes onto a I3 on a MAC, me and technology don’t go well

You don't need to, you can install Windows on your mac using Bootcamp or install an Hypervisor like VirtualBox and run a Windows virtual machine inside OSX.Tried multiple times, had to find a windows laptop

You can get windows and use it in "trial" mode, you don't need a key just run it and don't activate it since you will only use it for this.

Ok I understand for a virtual machine that the usb mapping can be funny sometimes, but Boot Camp will convert your Mac into a PC so this will work.Sadly that does not work either. I have spent countless hours, with video documentation. I could not get it to work even in Windows virtually on my Mac. Trust me, don't use a Mac for this.
After you drag the file to the tuner, eject the tuner but do not unplug it. Wait until the tuner reappears on the screen and then check to see if it took.
