Lost Auto-Up on Driver's Window

The Auto-Up feature stopped working on my driver side window. Auto-down works fine. Passenger side works fine. What think ye...bad switch?

Maybe all it needs is a reset. Try this:

1. Press and hold "Down" until window is fully down. Hold switch down and count to 3.

2. Press and hold "Up" until window is fully up. Hold switch up and count to 3.

Repeat those two steps at least 3 times.

Is there any way to disable the auto up/down feature? Mine's so touchy it's almost impossible to crack the window to beat the Florida heat.

Just a SLIGHT touch of the button and it's almost always going full down or up.

You can replace the switch with the non-Auto Down type switch.

Try popping out the entire switch module and unplug it. The couple times I’ve taken mine out, I’ve had to reprogram it like above. It still work, just didn’t have auto.

Worked! I had the same problem.
A point of clarification, at first I thought you meant press and hold until it's fully down/up and then continue holding for three more seconds. Tried this and it didn't reset. Still couldn't auto up. Reread this and realized you're supposed to hold up/down until fully up/down, let go, repress the same direction and hold for 3 seconds. After doing this three times in both directions my auto up feature was restored. Thank you!
