I bought a HBS level kit long in the sumnmer but never put it on because we couldn't get the lower shock bolts out. Now, the struts need replaced and the shop recomends cutting the bolts and replacing them. I know I can get them through Chrysler but If I knew the specs I'd just get them at Fastenall. Anybody know length, diamneter, grade, etc?

I ended up buying them through Mopar, 2nuts and 2 bolts, $28.00. That's not too hateful. I'll get them speced out and post up. I'll also post the mopar part numbers as soon as I can figure which numbers are part numbers.

Good decision...Most suspension nuts are pre squished so its a good idea to change em on occasion.

But, Wow..You must live in the North East Rust and salt country if the bolts had to be cut out on a 5 year old Ram Truck.

We salt in the winter but we don't get tons of snow. I live right along the Ohio River, big heat sink. I'm 3-4 hrs south of Cleveland, (now they get snow and use salt) just across the Ohio into the promised land.
