I recently bought a set of used 20x12 American forces and told they were 5x5.5. Well it turns out the guy had lied to me and they are actually 5x150. So I'm pretty disappointed cause I was looking forward to getting these mounted.

So before I put them up for sell is there anyway I can get these to fit? I saw that there was 5x5.5 to 5x150 wheel adapters that are 1.25" thick.

Wheel specs-
20x12
Offset -40
Backspacing 5"

I'm thinking the wheel adapters will probably make the wheels stick out too much for my liking and might be dangerous. Unless any of you guys are running 20x12s with wheel spacers post some pictures or give me some ideas on what to do.

20x12 with a -40 offset are going to stick out 3.86" more than stock 20x9 wheels. Add the 1.25" wheel adapters, and they will stick out 5.11" more than stock 20x9 wheels. I would think that's a little too much.

Here's 20x12 with -45 offset. So push the tires out about another inch for the adapters.

Agree...

I would not want my 20x12's sticking out any further than they do.

Especially with spacers.
