Does anybody know what the difference is between 68397098AC & 68493753AB? The former is listed for the 5th generation 2019-2021. The latter is listed for 2022-current. They look the same physically to me.
I am having trouble getting my recently upgraded UConnect 5 8.4" radio to recognize plugged in USB devices. Truck is a 2020 that originally had a UConnect 4 8.4" with the older media hub. It charges devices as it should, but no option to switch to that media source on the source menu of the radio. Trying to decide if the updated media hub is what I need.
