I have replaced my ignition switch (electrical part) 2 time due to the blower fan wire melting it when running on high. Could I bypass the ignition switch and why is it ran through there? I found a recall for the blower motor, but those are no longer available and my truck was not part of the recall. 2003 Ram 1500

You are pulling excessive current. Start by checking the ground for the blower motor.
