I have a 02 1500 sport with the 4.7 would i have to get into the computer and adjust anything if i put a bigger throttle body with a space on it? Or would it be ok as long as i dont go to big?

Tb spacers on fuel injected vehicles are 100% useless. Spacers are only good for carbed vehicles. Don’t waste your money.

As stated, the spacer is a waste of time and money, unless you intend to tap it for nitrous. The bigger TB will also be a waste of time and money unless you're going to do other things that would need the extra air.
