Motor issue

Please forgive me if I started a post in the wrong thread. My 2011 Ram 1500 5.7 just had a stage 3 cam kit, LTH and cold air intake. After the install and tune the truck didn't have much response throttle and now it's ticking and has 3 misfires. Replaced the coil packs, spark plugs and all 4 o2 sensors but no avail. Could it be a bad PCM ? The truck has 144k on it. Thanks!

What in hell is a Stage 3 cam???. Pull the valve covers and see if all the pushrods are in their proper location and properly seated in the lifter

Aaaaannnd….were the lifters replaced when the cam was swapped?
