Recently got the Weathertech flaps for my ram. I test fitted them haven't put on yet. Would someone clarify that the spat goes completely in the flap recess. My cutout seems to be to small. I recently installed the oem rough look flares and ordered the one for flares. Didn't know if they were that tight going into the recess in flap. Thanks.

I bolted mine right over the tiny factory "flaps". They fit like a glove. I do not have the factory flares.

Thanks. All the research said to leave the spats on but doesn't look they will fit in the recess in the flap.

This is the Husky version install but I’m assuming similar to weather tech... if you have the smaller spat you could leave, bigger spat you need to remove.ED013E54-F5C8-4266-887D-BFDFAFC2F8E0.png
