So recently I had swapped my dad originally a big horn dash base. I swapped it to a 2009 Laramie that had a steering wheel shifter. I added the part of the harness needed to have the center counsel shifter I have. I have recently gotten a lot of codes the only one the bcm keeps is u1449 do I have to swap the dash back to my old big horn or can I have them program the bcm to make it work with the dash also not sure if it matters but the new dash is also dual climate zone.

If you went from 2019 Ram to a 2009 dash harness, you're in for a word of hurt. You would have to get a pin for pin diagram for both harness's and compare them. You'll likely find significant differences, and would have to repin the new harness to make it work.

It’s got a Hemi in it
Sounds like you’d be best off finding the BCM out of the donor truck. No doubt there are differences between trims and the computers aren’t getting along.

I believe the canbus protocol changed a time or two between those years. The electronics may not be talking to each other correctly, if at all.

I can't speak to the 09 vs 12 wiring differences, but @HarryS is correct on what you'd need to compare for both trucks.
I will say there are significant wiring differences in the 13-18/classics between 1500 vs 2500, trim levels, and even then, the 2013 is it's own unique animal for some of the systems/wiring. PSA: see post 344

Put your original harness back in... you likely won't be able to "code it out". You may be able to strip out small segments from the donor and "graft' it in, but you'd need to compare wiring b/w both trucks to see what's actually possible. My impression from limited 09-12 foglight wiring i've seen, is that the 09 likely has unique differences like the 2013 vs 14+ trucks.

Yeah thinking that’s what I’m going to end up doing first I gotta figure out why it’s misfiring on the passenger side
