Hi all,

New here. I have a 2014 Ram sport with strange stereo issues that I haven't been able to get an answer on.

What happens is simple, I put in an SD card that has ALL songs on it ONLY once, when I go to play the songs and advance to the next one, its the same song again. I look at the expanded view for the songs on the display and they are all duplicated sometimes 5-6 times !! They are only on the card ONCE. No one has been able to help me with this thus far, I've tried reformatting the card and changing the songs, same thing happens always.

Getting to be a real pain in the butt to deal with and am surprised they don't know how to fix this?

Any help would be appreicated.

update on this...

I recently took the SD card out, cleared everything from it and formatted it FAT32. Was already done that way before, but the card did have some other folders on it from using it in a digital camera. I removed these files also prior to formatting then put the MP3 songs back on the card. Put it back into the truck and so far so good, all the songs are showing as single tracks... But its done this before then days later it starts duplicating the tracks at no fixed frequency or quantity.

Interesting... I have a 16gb card in mine, formatted to FAT32 and haven't seen this issue.
