I'm about to install a 2.5 in front level on my 2015 1500 4x4 and also do tires. Since I can't throw tires on and off at the store until I like the look and fit I would like to know how big I can go. I would like to go as wide as possible with a little larger diameter than the stock 275 60 r20's. I've seen so many conflicting posts. Advice??? Looking at AT2's. Don't want full mudders on this truck. Using stock rims. Seems like the upper control arm is the first issue with bigger tires.

Oh yeah...I want to go with 35x12.5's

You might be able to go to the tire shop. Ask their advice on size. Or just roll tires out and set them next to your truck to help you visualize it.

I know what I want but I don't want them to rub. Their suggestion is very conservative. 275 65 r20. Lame!!!
