Need help with headlights

I have a 2016 Ram 1500 Big Horn with quad reflector Style headlights. I just recently purchased 13 + projector style headlights from Jeremy at retro shop. I had him install Halos, U-bar, Switchback board and the Morimoto HID kit. I got it installed everything works except for my turn signals they don't flash. The Halos ubar and the lightstrip come on and they're white when I turn my turn signals on it does not switch to Amber and then I get hyper flashing inside the instrument panel. Jeremy sent me all the connections and harnesses I needed I installed them it came with resistors anti flicker module can bus adapter and a slew of other things. My turn signal lights stay white they don't turn Amber when the turn signals are on. My question is has this happened to anyone else and if so what did you do to fix it or does anybody have any ideas what I can do to fix it.

Sounds like its wired up wrong. You have switchbacks in there and they are getting stuck. Im betting a ground wire.

Good news is they will fix it fast.

Bad news is I'll have to send them back as wait two or three weeks

Not if it's a bad ground. You can probably diagnosis that yourself.
