So I turn my truck off and the radio and dash stay fully powered and don't shut off! I can remove my key and lock the truck and they still stay on. Thought about unhooking the battery hoping it's just a glitch.

If you still have the factory radio , when the key is out of the ignition or truck just not running , the radio should have no power once either of the front doors open or you run over the adjustable timer feature ( I set mine to 10 mins ), unless you have the RA2 + radio and you are connected via blutooth and currently on a phone call .

Try this : turn off truck , fob out of ignition , pop the hood latch , get out , close drivers door , disconnect neg terminal then positive , touch the two together for approximately 10 seconds then reattach.
This procedure does a soft reset of many different modules.

If the above doesn't work , then disconnect the Negative terminal for 30 mins or overnight .

Good luck Sir !

Yeah I disconnected the battery and left it for about 20 minutes and the problem went away. Technology is its own worst enemy sometimes. Thanks for the good response

True that on technology
Probably still wouldn't hurt to do the soft reset of modules as described above . This isn't a fix all by any means , but it does seem to correct some minor issues for folks ...

I have a 2015 and I've been having this problem more and more often. The problem I'm having is that the Bluetooth call never connects and "freezes" so therefore it never gets to disconnect and wont reset until the vehicle has been turned off for more than 30 min. Not sure if its a problem with the phone or the truck.
