I don't want to lift it and I don't want to lower it. I want to maintain ride height but provide a smoother better ride.

What's everyone replaced/upgraded with? 2015 Ram Big Horn

I replaced my Rancho shocks and struts with ProComp shocks and struts and the ride is a hair stiffer but I didn’t have the truck when the Ranchos were installed but everyone says my truck rides like a Cadillac and it handles pretty well. Plus they were cheaper than the Ranchos and Bilsteins and Foxes.

The Bilsteins everyone uses to lift/level their 4wd's also work at stock height.

Everyone's got their preferences of course. I don't know about 2wd front suspension on these trucks, it's a bit different from the 4x4 but if yours is 4x4 there are three different Bilstein models available, the "HD" or 4600 which is yellow and blue, the 5100 which is silver, and the 6112 (front only) which is also silver but much larger in size.

HD's are a little more firm or sporty feeling, 5100's are less firm. I don't have first hand experience with the 6112's but they probably aren't what you're looking for because they come with different springs and probably change the ride character a lot.

I tried Rancho 9000xl shocks on my other (non-Ram) 4x4 and found them to be much too soft so I re-sold them and wouldn't buy them again. Truck took forever to settle after a bump.

From my personal experience with Bilstein , Rancho , NAPA loaded struts Fox are more to my liking. Shocks seem to be a product that is closer to getting what you pay for and then then their are King which I have yet to try and have never seen a complaint about .

I joined the Bilsten club on Saturday when I put them on my 2WD (4600 series) after having 60K on the stock ones so far so good not a huge difference so far on pavement but I would say generally a smoother ride overall. Is there a market for used OEM shocks?

I e had the ProComps now for several months and they ride much better than the Ranchos that were on it when I bought it. The backend doesn’t droop or sway as much when I pull our 3000 lb boat and trailer. Definitely worth it!

If you're not lifting i guess a set of Monroe Reflex struts and shocks can do the work front and rear.
