I ran a QT of MMO and cheap O'reilly's 10W30 in my 76 for a few weeks. Between it and the Seafoam it cleaned the hell out of that engine. haha

Do you HAVE to run Dino Oil with MMO or can you use it in full synthetic as well?

I was thinking of just adding MMO ~500 miles before my next oil change but I'm currently running Valvoline 5W-30 full synthetic.

You can run whatever, but the method I used is an oil flush method where you run a QT low on oil and make up the difference with MMO. Cheap oil because it was on sale. :D
