you can clear up to a 35" x 12.50" tire with the correct wheel width and backspacing. If you run between a 8"-9" wide wheel and stay between 5-5.5" backspacing you can run 35's all day long with little to no trimming. I have seen multiple customers running that setup. They even run our spindles with 35's on stock wheels and it works with no spacers. Definitely can run 35's with the spindles or you can stick with 33's but I think those look better on a leveling kit personally...

Well there goes my whole tax refund on my truck. But just to make sure. If I do just the spindle up front, what will I need for the back?

Ah yes, the question of the year.. what do I do to the rear of my truck after installing your spindles? Well there are three things to consider before purchasing something to lift the rear of your truck. 1) how much rake does your truck have from the factory? Typically the Ram 1500 2wd trucks have about 3" of rake. So if you lift your truck 4.5" up front then you would need our 1.5" spacers and shocks for the rear. If your truck has less rake than that you will need more lift in the rear. Our other rear lift option is our 3" rear box kit. We have seen quite a few guys on here that run our spindles up front with our 3" rear kit because their trucks had much less rake from the factory so it really is case by case. 2) It depends on how you want your truck to sit. Let's say you do have 3" of rake stock and then you install the 4.5" spindles up front but you want the rear of your truck sitting taller than level you would still want to use the 3" box kit so that you keep a raked stance to your truck. Or visa versa we have had customers install just our spindles up front and call it a day so it really depends on the look you want. 3) Finances. The rear 1.5" coil spacer is going to be less expensive than the rear 3" kit so that can come into play for some folks as well. I always tell people if you really want to figure out the best way then measure the rake on your truck front to rear and you can see how much difference there is. That way you can decide how much lift you want in the rear and how you want your truck to sit when all is said and done. I hope this was helpful and if you have any further questions please do not hesitate to ask. If you are interest in getting some pricing please feel free to visit our Dealer Locator where you can enter you zip code and search for local shops. There is also a white link that says "Online Retailers" on the same page. If you click that link you will get a dropdown list of websites that carry Maxtrac. Lastly we have sellers on eBay and Amazon if you prefer to shop on those sites as well. If you have any trouble finding what you are looking for please let me know and I can help you out. Thank you! Have a good one! -- Sean

I have the 4.5" spindle with 3" rear kit. You want 35's. Mine 35's done even look that big and I have plenty of clearance and about a 3/4 rake.

No problem and since you have a 14 RC Express it should end up sitting like mine. I got the kit off ebay from one of maxtrac' retailers that's actually in the same area as them so getting it was pretty quick. I paid $850. I got the plain kit I didn't get the Bilstein upgrade because the stock front shocks actually ride pretty good and the white rear shocks maxtrac includes in the base kit ride great with the 3" lift coils. I don't know how much better the Bilsteins would have rode but aside from the Mt's being a little tougher than the car tires that came on it I have no complaints. I am sure it would be a little smoother with some Terra grapplers or something but having only the lsd and no front wheels helping I decided to go more aggressive on the tires than I did on my 13 4x4 I had. You'll be happy with the kit and I can tell you after the quotes I got for the CST kits this was a easy choice. Customer service is great also Sean answered all my questions and helped me make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I wasn't sure between spacers and springs but after talking to him I had the info I needed and got the right setup. Also have a airlift 1000 with spacers for hauling and towing installed in the springs now I got from the guys on here at Bully's.

What size Airlift 1000 did you use with the longer rear springs? Do you have the part number? Your truck looks great! Exactly the look I'm going for.

Andrew at bully on here got the kit for me. It's the standard airlift 1000 with 4" lock n lift spacers they sell. Shoot him a pm and he can get you the setup I have. I used only 3 of the spacers since they are 3" lift coils the 3 -1" spacers were perfect kept the other 2 just incase I need them later.

I had a 2' front spacer on my 14' 1500 for 2 weeks then i decided i needed more lift.Ordered the MaxTrac spindles off ebay had them installed with alignment done then i drove 900 miles very nice ride. Now i have a 1" rear spacer but need to test out my options to get the rear up a little.
