Ok, that's not something I ever would have looked for. I wonder if it was a vacuum leak through a hole which would definitely throw off the idle.

I didn't think of it till I spent a month fighting with it lol last ditch effort got lucky.

Also 3 of the fuel injector holes were melted the injectors seated but if you flip the intake over you can see outside lol

so I finally got my new intake I put it in truck fires right up runs for about 3 mins and then stalls right back to red lightning bolt and will only start and run while on the gas

Did you reconnect the two vacuum hoses behind the TB on the driver's side?
