New here, Need Tech advice

On my 2006 5.9, the B nut on the # 4 fuel line brought the retainer nut back with it slightly before I could get a wrench on the flats, does that feed tube need to be inspected / replaced or just retorque it down? I'm still fighting to get the nut loose, should get a flare nut slit socket adapter today.
